The CHFA NOW Vancouver 2023 show will be hosted in-person, taking place March 30 – April 2, 2023 at the Vancouver Convention Center, West Building. 

Conference: March 30 and 31, 2023 

Trade Show: April 1 and 2, 2023 

The tradeshow will be open from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Saturday April 1, and Sunday April 2, 2023

Booth prices start at $2,525 + tax for a 10 x 10’ standard booth and $2,685 + tax for a 10 x 10’ premium booth. Larger pavilion/island booths are also available at $27.50/sqft starting at 10×20’ in size for $5,500 + tax.  

Exhibit application costs include:  

  • Carpet  
  • 8’-high drapery back wall (in-line booth only)  
  • 3’-high drapery sidewall (in-line booths only)  
  • 4 exhibitor badges per 100 sq. ft.  
  • Material handling (on-site – show docks to booth) 

Note that anything else you require will have to be brought with you or purchased through our show service providers within the Exhibitor Manual. 

Below are the payment installment dates for CHFA NOW Vancouver 2023: 

  • 60% + applicable taxes due immediately when booth is assigned  
  • 40% + applicable taxes due on December 30, 2022

Note that your exhibit space is not confirmed until your first 60% deposit has been paid. Per our Exhibitor Terms and Conditions, all monies received are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Standard booths are 10×10’ inline booths and premium booths are 10×10’ inline corner booths or any 10×10’ booths facing the pavilion section.

Please also review the full floorplan showing booth proximity to all the entrances, bathrooms, loading docks etc.

Membership with CHFA is a requirement of our exhibit applications, so the first step is to apply for membership online if you’re not an active member. 

If you are a CHFA member, please use the instructions below to book your booth within your member dashboard.

  1. Review the 2023 Vancouver Booth Availability Guide for what booths are available; if you hover over an open booth (orange) it will show you the size and cost of the booth, and if you hover over a booked booth (black), it will show you what company will be exhibiting in that space. 
  2. Log into your Member Dashboard
  3. Click the ‘CHFA NOW Vancouver 2023 Exhibitor Application’ link under the ‘Trade Show Exhibit Info’ section. 
  4. Select your desired booth(s) on the floorplan, click ‘continue to payment’ at the top of the page, and pay your booth fees directly in your dashboard.   
  5. Once your payment has been received, you will receive an official booth confirmation email.

Booth fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable per our Exhibitor Terms and Conditions and no refunds are being issued for deposits that have been paid at the point that an exhibitor wishes to cancel. If you would like to proceed with canceling your booking, please email sales@chfa.ca.

  • Go to www.chfa.ca/login 
  • Select “Retrieve Password” 
  • You will receive an email with a link to change your password 

Since active membership is a component of our exhibit applications, you’ll have to renew your membership in order to book your booth. Please contact our Member Care team at info@chfa.ca. Once your membership is active, you’ll be able to book your booth within your member dashboard.

Exhibitor Manual (Success Guide): 

Our Exhibitor Manual will be available soon, and members will receive an email from us when it is live on our event website. This will be your go-to guide for everything you’ll need to know about being an exhibitor. It includes key dates and deadlines you need to be aware of, booth display guidelines, food sampling application forms, exhibitor badge registration, links to purchase show services like electrical, furniture/accessory rentals, and onsite cold storage, general show policies, and much more. It also includes a promotional toolkit with assets that you can utilize to spread the word about your participation in email and on social.

Drive traffic to your booth and gain brand awareness with our array of advertising and marketing opportunities that offer increased brand visibility before, during, and after the show. This year, we’re bringing back many of your favorite items including, featured product showcases, brand schools, entrance sampling stations, happy hour celebration stations, branded hotel key cards, product drops in attendee hotel rooms, and many more.
